The Sod Turning Ceremony for Eighty Eight O’Connell happened on Thursday 28th April 2022 on site at 88 O’Connell Street, North Adelaide. We are excited to officially announce that Tandem Building Group has been engaged as the Managing Contractor for this project. We are thrilled to be involved in this historic project that will deliver pivotal change to North Adelaide.
This $250m redevelopment of the former Le Cornu site will create 400+ jobs throughout the construction duration of three years. The project will deliver three towers of apartments ranging from one to three bedrooms, and five penthouses. A three-level podium situated below will connect the three towers, covering 8,500sqm of retail and commercial tenancies.
