Uni Central turned to Tandem Building Group to deliver the design and construction of their 4,200m2 offices and warehouse development in Notting Hill. Consisting of a significant pre-lease, Uni Central’s priority was the delivery of the development in a compressed programme. Working closely with the client, tenant, consultants, authorities and subcontractors, Tandem was able to bring all parties together and work collaboratively and transparently to deliver a high quality project for the client and tenants.
