PROJECT COMPLETE!
What a celebration! On the 17th October, the Commercial & General Group hosted the Eighty Eight O’Connell community and stakeholders to officially open this transformative $300 million precinct in the heart of North Adelaide. It was a very special day for our Group, marking the completion of a project that brings pivotal change to this iconic site.
Left dormant for 36 years following the closure of the Le Cornu Furniture store in 1989, the 7,500m² site has now been reimagined and delivered in 36 months by our South Australian team.
Eighty Eight O’Connell is a landmark mixed-use precinct that brings together community, lifestyle and culture – combining 158 premium residences with more than 17 commercial and retail tenancies across three towers: Archer, Centenary and Tynte, all connected by the elevated SkyPark on Level 2.
