Delivered for YWCA Australia, this project was recognised as a “fantastic example of high-rise construction showcasing precast technology at the highest standards on a very restrictive site. An extremely successful collaboration between all parties where the high quality finishes throughout provided YWCA with their first exemplary high-rise housing project in South Australia.”
Industrial Building up to $10M category – Cross Keys Road Warehouse
Delivered under the Commercial & General Group’s vertically integrated model, this project demonstrated the advantage of combining investor, developer, and builder capabilities. Built on a challenging floodplain site, this project demanded careful logistics and technical excellence. Early contractor involvement reduced risks and lead times, ensuring a streamlined process from subdivision through to completion.
