Moonee Valley Racing Club (MVRC) has a rich and vibrant history of thoroughbred horse racing at its unique amphitheatre racecourse nestled in the heart of Moonee Ponds. In partnership with Linear Designs, Matt Anderson and Michael Van Kerkhoven embarked on a historical transformation of the racecourse’s precinct and successfully delivered the Relocation of the MVRC Administration department.

The works involved the fit out of a new MVRC administration function in the existing grandstand across two areas – Level 3 Carvery Area and the Ground Floor Information area. The 650m2 turnkey fit out delivery included a new kitchen, meeting rooms, boardroom, in-house museum, server room and open plan office with feature furniture and joinery finishes.
