The Oakfield Rise Estate in Mt Barker has been a hive of activity, and we are excited to keep the momentum going! We are proud to announce that Tandem Building has been awarded Stages 7 & 8, continuing our work with Southern Cross Care. to deliver more homes within this thriving community.
Recently, our project team had the privilege of walking future residents through the estate, showing them where their new homes will take shape. It was a great opportunity to connect with the Oakfield Rise community and share the progress firsthand.
Stages 5 & 6 are progressing well with the first phase of Stage 5 handed over in December, and next phase set for handover later this month. Both projects will run concurrently until Stages 5 & 6 wrap up later this year.
