The Urban Development Institute of Australia (UDIA SA) 2022 Awards for Excellence on Friday 29th July brought an evening of excitement and anticipation.
Tandem is thrilled to share that the Best Medium Density Housing was awarded to Ocea Apartments!
We are so proud of the Tandem team and our partners at Commercial & General for delivering this 4-level complex consisting of 42 apartments with undercroft carparking, car stackers and 4 retail tenancies. Tandem also completed the fitouts for three of the major ground floor retail spaces – Italian restaurant, Lombra; the new WEST Sales Centre; and Lebanese restaurant, Zayt and Zaatar.
Ocea is our most recently completed apartment building, located in the heart of the new Charles Street precinct within the Commercial & General WEST Development. Situated across the street from Ocea, is the West Lakes Civic Centre, designed by Brown Falconer, which received a Commendation for Design Excellence.
