South Australia’s largest not-for-profit aged care and retirement living provider Southern Cross Care (SA, NT & VIC) Inc has partnered with Tandem Building for the third time.
We’re proud to be working alongside our valued partner on the redevelopment of this existing retirement village in Northfield. The development will be renamed Parkview Retirement Village and will comprise 29 architecturally designed homes, complemented by a community clubhouse and landscaped gardens.
Demolition of the existing 1970s units was completed in late 2025, with civil works now underway on site.
