We were proud to partner with our valued client YWCA Australia for the opening of their Hutt Street Apartments project. Officially unveiled by South Australian Premier Peter Malinauskas, Tandem Building, alongside Moto Projects, constructed this 8-level apartment building boundary-to-boundary on a compact 340m² site. Beyond delivering 24 housing outcomes, this development will continue to provide long-term rental opportunities for women in need, offering a safe and secure place to call home.

A standout feature of this development is the outdoor terrace which offers uninterrupted views of the eastern parklands, Adelaide Hills, and even the Adelaide 500 racetrack at the right time of year. Designed for both functionality and connection, this space encourages residents to build a support network and friendships, with many sharing similar experiences.
