Emmanuel College New Sports Facility

The scope of this project included the complete refurbishment of the McCoy Hall at the Emmanuel College Altona Campus, including a new sports floor and acoustic walls. A new external window and glazed entry doors were installed, as well as a new amenities block, entry canopy and PA system. Tandem’s transparency and risk management of the construction process ensured that latent conditions, such as electricity supply cabling and hazardous materials, were identified early in the project planning cycle. The project was undertaken during school operations, Tandem worked in conjunction with the school representatives and the project architect for a safe and successful roll out.
