Tandem Building Group was engaged to assist Marley House Pty Ltd, with the delivery of a new ground and two upper floor commercial spaces, within the heritage and tree lined precinct of Albert Park. Taking on board the restricted site access, overhead cables and a tight timing schedule, Tandem initiated and implemented a construction programme to provide the best outcome for the site and the client. Technology also played a role in conjunction with a dilapidation survey. Tandem used 3D imaging technology to produce a heat map survey of the undulating, neighbouring walls. This unique site needed a collaborative and solutions based methodology, the project represents precision planning from the Tandem team.
