Tandem Building Group is currently constructing a $32 million, fit-for-purpose design and construct development for Raytheon Australia located in South Australia. The build incorporates a three storey office building with a floor plate of 3200m2, housing an integrated workshop facility incorporating warehousing with an overhead gantry crane and a two level office internally. The expertly designed development incorporates over 370 carparks to facilitate the large extent of employment on site and features external hardstands to suit logistics of the warehouse.
