Construction is underway at Tide Apartments – a transformative affordable housing project in West Lakes, delivered in partnership with Junction Australia.
Tide Apartments will provide 60 high-quality, long-term affordable homes for South Australians, creating opportunities for individuals and families who need them most. It’s a tangible step toward addressing the housing crisis and fostering socially diverse, inclusive communities.
This project is also supported by the Federal Government through the Housing Australia Future Fund Facility (HAFFF), demonstrating the power of cross-sector partnerships. We’re especially proud that Tide Apartments is the first project at WEST to be delivered under our new Federal Safety Commissioner accreditation – an achievement that underscores our commitment to excellence in construction safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
Scheduled for completion in September 2026, Tide Apartments is a purpose-built, community-focused development that will include activated ground-floor retail and contribute to the vibrancy of the growing WEST precinct.
