The project concept utilised the existing 4N buildings by repurposing the Printery into co-located Occupational Therapy, Exercise, Sports Science and Physiotherapy. Associated storage, laundry facilities and an archive area to house the documentation currently stored in this space. Mechanical plant found to have come to its end of lift will be replaced. The thermal performances of teaching spaces will also be improved. The main building sees an Anatomy Lab, dedicated Occupational Therapy practical space and a Physiotherapy room, requiring the removal of the existing lightweight partitions to open the areas while retaining the existing passageway and overall footprint of the building.
