Deakin University Buildings MB & P

Deakin University has embarked on a progressive programme of ACP replacement works on their campus Buildings MB & P. As the preferred cladding contractor, Tandem has been pivotal in managing and delivering this project. Replacement of ‘like for like’ necessitated a deliberate programme of colour matching, prototyping and overseas procurement, managed alongside carefully staged site works that incurred minimal disruption to the (externally operated) student residential building. Exam timetables, detailed traffic management planning, public protection and complex accessing requirements on articulated facades, were all important features of this successful project.
