We were fortunate to attend the HiViZ 2023 Women Building SA Luncheon last Friday. At Tandem, we embrace equality and are dedicated to supporting all women in the construction industry. The atmosphere in the room was electric with the presence of so many influential women.
Hosted by Jessica Braithwaite, we had the privilege of listening to an extraordinary panel of guest speakers including the incredible Tamika Smith, Denita Wawn and Amanda Hewer, as they shared their remarkable stories and triumphs amidst the challenges faced in this traditionally male-dominated industry.
