The project encompasses a commercial ground floor space and two apartment levels on Barkly Street, St Kilda. Tandem Building Group managed the design and consultation process for this unique site.
In this residential location, the team at Tandem were proactive in the management of the surrounding space as this project involved working adjacent of occupied spaces. In additon, working and accessing the site within the construct of narrow laneways required diligent pre-planning.
This project exemplifies the Tandem approach of working collaboratively with external services and local council to ensure each phase of the project was well scoped and tightly managed.
