Following the successful build of the event space in Southwharf, Food & Desire appointed Tandem for their most significant project to date. The idea was to convert an existing office and 100 year old warehouse facility into a multi-faceted hospitality venue, including a new production kitchen, event venue and restaurant/cafe/bar. The space was thoughtfully approached to combine functionality and design. The architectural viewpoint was a perfect combination of bringing the history of the building to life and delivering a contemporary edge to the space. From the cathedral style window, to the slate flooring in the private dining area, to the glass house, fire pit and pizza oven areas - all of these elements creating a special backdrop for guests. The team worked seamlessly to present balanced solutions and delivered a quality project in a challenging and complex environment. Tandem delivered a unique project in a truly unique building.
