Tandem Building Group is proud to have been appointed as the preferred builder for the refurbishment and fit out of the heritage listed Hangar 85, located at 2 Bristol Street, Essendon Fields on behalf of Essendon Airport. The project includes the refurbishment of the existing aircraft hangar and the creation of new and refurbished office spaces for tenants Royal Flying Doctor Service, YMCA, Aviation Australia and Aero Logistics.

Key features	creation of new and refurbished office spaces including meeting rooms and staff amenities as well as specialised areas such as workshops and patient holding areas restoration of the heritage facade including the steel casement window features built in 1943 consolidated of separable areas, including the aircraft hangar zones and office areas, spread across two levels.
