Tandem attended the Groundbreaking Ceremony for YWCA Apartments with our client, YWCA Australia along with Hon Nat Cook, Minister of Human Services and Hon Katrine Hildyard MP, Minister for Women and the Prevention of Domestic and Family Violence.
Tandem is proud to be working on this important community shaping project, supporting YWCA a feminist not-for-profit national organisation that advocates for bold, systemic change and working to ensure all women feel safe and secure in a home of their choice. We are committed to not only delivering a quality product for our client but also seeing this important project change lives.
Located on a tight 325m2 lot in the heart of the city and bounded by 2 roads and significant street trees, this will be a complex but rewarding project. We are set to deliver an 8-level mixed-use building featuring 24 apartments, a shared terrace space, and a 90m2 commercial tenancy on the ground floor with street frontage – keep an eye on the site as we get this project underway!
