Tandem by far exceeded my expectations of our recent Eden Academy Childcare Centre they delivered. The entire process was seamless, each time I did a site visit they were patient and always had an agenda to discuss outstanding items and any extra items I wanted to discuss. Our PC walk through was exceptional, it was one of the easiest defect walk throughs I have ever done with minimal defects. The very few defects that were outstanding were attended to before our visit from the Department of Education and the communication was clear at all times. Throughout the entire build it was an enjoyable experience. I have to mention our Site Manager, Matt who was absolutely amazing, no task was ever too much and he went above and beyond to ensure the build was finished to a high standard – which it was. Thank you for one of the most enjoyable experiences I have had thus far. It was such a pleasure working on this with the team at C&G and Tandem. I hope we can work together again in the future.

In partnership with Eden Academy and Commercial & General, Tandem Building Group were appointed to construct a state-of-the-art childcare and kindergarten facility situated within the national award-winning WEST development at West Lakes.

The childcare centre and kindergarten, meticulously designed by Brown Falconer, caters for up to 120 children with a focus on education, nature, wellness and nutrition. The location was carefully curated to provide connectivity to Football Park oval, cafes, restaurants and the civic centre.

Completed in Q4 2023, this facility is the first 2-story Eden Academy childcare facility in South Australia, boasting 7 play rooms across the 2 levels and outdoor play areas on each floor.

Eden Academy West Lakes serves as a key amenity for the WEST community. It stands as one of the best facilities of its kind in the state, catering to the needs of young families in the western suburbs.
