Tandem Building Group were engaged to construct another facility within the Nexus North Industrial Estate, Lot 9 Nexus. This $12 million project was completed in late 2022 and involved the construction of warehousing and commercial office spaces for three separate clients: Telstra, Asahi Beverages & FJT Logistics.

The build consists of three warehouses with associated offices, carparking, landscaping, water tanks and pump room on a 17,000m2 site.

Telstra’s office is a new concept office for South Australia. This facility incorporates a 2-story office consisting of high-quality materials with acoustic panels, birch plywood and barestone cemintel cladding. The site includes a 100kW solar panel system, EV charger and security system as requested by Telstra. The space provides an open office, meeting rooms, training rooms and amenities with the main feature of this complex being the training room on Level 1 that overlooks the site with different types of internal cladding.

The two office tenancies built for Asahi Beverages and FJT Logistics consist of an open plan office area with meeting rooms and amenities.
